Second, I usually wake up at 5:00 a.m. and do some reading / organizing until 5:40. Then I begin aerobic training between 5:40 and 5: 50 for about 20-25 minutes. If I take the 30 grams of protein before aerobics, would it still work? I ask this question because I usually have my first meal at about 7:00 a.m., this way I coordinate all my other meals throughout the day.

Gracias por tus comentarios, habia leido algo muy similar del AL acid, empezare a tratarlo nuevamente, ya que cuando lo use estaba tomando otras vitaninas juntas y no sabia realmente cual me estaba ayudando tanto, siempre bajo la supervicion de mi doctor. QUISIERA SABER MAS DE TU PROGRESO.

]]>As for the Palm sugar, I am still trying to figure it out….
I use Stevia and also Just Like Sugar which is made from of Natural Dietary Fiber obtained from the Chicory Root, Calcium and Vitamin C, it is low in the glycemic index and has a net carb of 1g in a 100g pack, unfortunately it is expensive.
