We are into our second week of our 4 Hour Body\/Beach Body challenge<\/a> and this week was a really busy week at work. I was supposed to do my “A” workout routine on\u00a0Tuesday\u00a0night but getting home at 9 pm made this task almost impossible. \u00a0What about Wednesday? Exactly the same thing. On my car ride home Wednesday evening something\u00a0occurred\u00a0to me: \u00a0Hey I am the 4 Hour Body guy in this competition using the tools of Tim Ferriss what would he do?<\/p>\n That is when it occurred to me: I needed a virtual assistant to get these workouts done for me!<\/strong><\/p>\n Now I know what you may be thinking, hiring “Bunny” from India to do my workouts for me could not possibly be effective. But I was thinking, since India’s night is our day I could have Bunny do my workouts for me while I am sleeping. And since sleep is (as we know) very important for allowing our body to perform the muscle repair necessary to become\u00a0stronger\u00a0and healthier, just knowing that my VA was doing 5 slow reps of the shoulder press and sit ups on the Bosu ball while I lay my head on my pillow: Well as they say in those Master Card commercials: “Priceless”.<\/p>\n So about 5 minutes ago I went over to\u00a0Odesk<\/a> and put in my request:<\/p>\n I am trying to build muscle using Tim Ferriss’ 4 Hour Body Occam’s Protocol but am having a hard time getting my workouts done. I am looking for somebody to go the gym for me on these days that I can not attend and do my 20 minute workout routine for me. I write a blog about this topic and am in a competition. After doing the routine I would like said person to write an article about their workout for me and\u00a0post it on my blog<\/a>. \u00a0Also, I would like this person to track how much weight they are lifting and if possible their lean muscle mass and body fat. I will be adding this to my stats at the end of the 90 day period.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n So there it goes! I figure if I can get a good applicant there is no way I can lose this challenge.
