I am excited today… why?

Because today even after a year of “prescribing” the slow carb diet I still continue to see some extremely positive life-changing result among my patients.

Today I saw two patients for follow up: One who lost 40 lbs. last year and today remains slim and smiling, and another who I had presented with the slow carb diet plan just two weeks ago on the 13’th of December who decided to lose 6 lbs. by simply following her 5 rules and swearing by her cheat day.

Of course the miraculous part of this is that she saw me today, the day after the Christmas holiday: a time where the average American gains 5 lbs.

Despite the fact that I have at times played the devils advocate of this diet, I can confidently say that The 4 Hour Body Slow Carb Diet continues to be (at least from my clinical perspective) the ONLY EFFECTIVE DIET PLAN I have ever been able to actually give to a patient in one sitting and see some incredible results.

Why is this amazing…?

It is amazing because I am able to do this in just minutes. I am actually able to offer a complete lifestyle change that people can understand in just minutes on a single double-sided piece of paper. I thank Tim for this really. I have modified his approach some and brought to it a bit of my own minimalist styling’s but essentially it is the same 5 rules.

Simply put… IT CAN WORK!

//

I was listening to episode 17 of The Random Show today on my drive to work. Tim and Kevin talked about some interesting things: Start-ups, investment strategies, Steve Jobs, Kevin Roses’ new app OINK (worth a look) and the fact that the 4-Hour Body has sold at 5x the rate of the 4 Hour Workweek.

Can you believe that? Anyone here who is a 4HWW fan should be impressed. If you are not then go buy The 4-Hour Workweek and start to learn how becoming a minimalist in lifestyle design can spill over to your workout and diet routine as well.

Also, I am becoming increasingly excited about the The 4-Hour Chef. At first (to be honest) I thought wow… brilliant marketing campaign: Tim does diet book then cooking book the perfect one two punch. But I can tell that this one is going to rock my world.
