Embrace your inner Occam and give the protocol a try!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n If you have followed this blog for any period of time you may have noticed I have done several blogs posts on the subject of Occam’s Protocol:<\/p>\n Today I am sharing with you an excel worksheet I made specific to Occam’s Protocol to help track and organize my workout. \u00a0I used this for a while but found just a piece of paper or an evernote<\/a> file was more my style in the gym. Either way, I have had this for a while and thought I would share it so that others may give it a try.<\/p>\n You can work with the\u00a0embedded\u00a0file on zoho.com<\/a>, or (and I would recommend this) download the original Excel macro enabled version<\/a> in which I have inserted a “clear all”\u00a0function. \u00a0This allows you to enter the data, save and then reuse, without having to create multiple workbooks.
